Delivered within an active community setting, the project centred on a comprehensive mass timber structure. Xcel installed CLT walls and floors alongside glulam columns and beams, with structural timber roof and wall framing, plywood linings, timber decking, carpentry fit-out and coordinated temporary engineering completing the works.
