Delivered across a multi-building education campus, the project brought together integrated timber and steel systems within a coordinated construction environment. Xcel installed glulam members alongside structural steel and delta beams, incorporating prefabricated walls and strong floor elements, with timber decking and bespoke outdoor features completing the development.
